Want to make matcha that tastes like your favorite cafe - right from your kitchen? Join Sora Matcha and learn how to perfect your matcha at home. In this workshop, we will cover the basics of whisking matcha at home - from making a standard matcha and a matcha latte to crafting your own cold foam and preparing koicha (thick matcha) for a delicious matcha affogato. You’ll get to enjoy your very own matcha latte with a cold foam and a sweet affogato treat during class; along with a beautiful Micro Bespoke Bouquet for each guest provided by M&F Floral!

This class is great for matcha making beginners or anyone who enjoys matcha!
